Random BSOD when using the machine

Hi there

Just freshly installed windows and office and everything else i need on a new pc. I was sending an email, something I had already done before and the computer BSOD, rebooted and all seemed fine I have the dump file here

ok so a couple of things i note after looking through your files. First your using symantec as your antivireus, for the purposes of testing please uninstall it using this tool:

Symantec removal tool

and then replace it with MSE and MBAM

second please insure that your SSDs firmware is up to date, often times this can cause adverse problems on a system. the firmware can be found on the SSD manufacturer's home page:

Last but not least please run Memtest86+ for at least 8 passes:

RAM - Test with Memtest86+

Tip: Do this over night it can take a long time.

Hi again

Uninstalled Symantec and ran memtest, came back fine.

The computer crashed again this morning, just shortly after booting. I managed to write down the error code, while it was dumping the memory:
0x0000003b (0x00000000c0000005, 0xfffff96000171a3f, 0xfffff8800aedeca0, 0x0000000000000000)

Hi again, sorry for the delay

I have replaced the memory in the machine today, as a precaution. I have reinstalled symantec over the weekend, company policy kinda forced me.

Here are the logs just before i replaced the memory;

Please do the following:

run the system file checker from an elevated command prompt

sfc /scannow

also run a check disk:

chkdsk /f /r

run through HD diagnostics:

Hard Drive Diagnostic Procedure

last, simply to rule out a failing memory slot on the mother board run memtest86+ for at least 8 passes:

RAM - Test with Memtest86+
