Random BSOD

Your RAM is DDR3, Double Data Rate version3, 666MHz X 2 = 1333MHz, it is set correctly.

CPU voltage is for the i3 processor, CPU VTT voltage is the CPU integrated memory controller.
The CPU VTT needs a voltage bump, let me know the current voltage first, then I will recommend a bump, too much voltage here can damage the CPU.

The CPU VTT should be in the same section as the CPU and DRAM voltage.

Check your motherboard BIOS manual page 40, tab O.N.E. > Voltage Control.

It will look like:

Those are pretty high voltage settings for 4GB RAM.

Are those setting in 'Auto'?
If they are in 'Auto' change it to 'Manual', the set the DRAM voltage to 1.60v and CPU VTT voltage to 1.170v, Save and Exit.

Manually set (change to Manual) the first four RAM timings to:
9
9
9
24
Leave the rest on 'Auto', make sure the 'Command Rate' is still on 2T.

Are the RAM cards in slots A1 and B1?
From the CPU it would be slots 2 & 4, if not then change them.

Run memtest86+ for a full 6 passes, best to run overnight.
If you get any errors you can stop the test.

Your mobo manual shows X=not installed and O=Installed.

Count from your CPU, slot #1 empty, slot #2 RAM card installed, slot #3 empty, slot #4 RAM card installed.

These are the correct RAM slots for 2 RAM cards.

Set CPU Vtt to 1.180v.

Good that there are no errors, just because memtest86+ has no errors doesn't mean that the RAM is 100% ok. Have seen memtest86+ pass several times and then have errors on the next test.

Use your computer and try to simulate the crash scenario.

Let us know if you have any crashes.

STOP*0x000000D1: DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes:* Device driver
Cause: A driver tried to access an address that is pageable (or that is completely invalid) while the IRQL was too high.
This bug check is usually caused by drivers that have used improper addresses.

It's blaming a Windows driver, which are rarely to blame.
Check drivers:
Check for new drivers or upgrade. If none can be found, disable or uninstall for testing purposes.

Let's check for a driver that might be causing this, Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable

Enable Driver Verifier and use system normally. Let it run for 24 hours or let us know if there are problems.
