It started off with an occasional Blue Screen like once per week, I was planning on buying a new computer so it didn't bother me to much but now it happens every few hours either that or all my programs crash. I just need to know what is broken and needs to be fixed.

Things I have noticed are:
-CPU almost always at 100% usage
-Normally happens when playing games
-sometimes it happens when nothing is even running

please help

Difficult to say which is broken. The BSODs are caused by hardware, and which part of your hardware is failing is difficult to determine.
Code:
1: kd> !analyze -v

WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR ([URL="http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000124"]124[/URL])
A fatal hardware error has occurred. Parameter 1 identifies the type of error
source that reported the error. Parameter 2 holds the address of the
WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error conditon.
Arguments:
Arg1: 0000000000000000, [COLOR=DarkRed]Machine Check Exception[/COLOR]
Arg2: fffffa8007b54688, Address of the WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure.
Arg3: 0000000000000000, High order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
Arg4: 0000000000000000, Low order 32-bits of the MCi_STATUS value.
In such a situation, you need to find out the failing hardware component, and this guide http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...top-0x124-what-means-what-try.html#post354696 can help you to do that.

But if you plan to buy a new machine, you may not search for all of it, if you think.
