Hello Lately I have been getting BSODs on my PC at random times. Using chrome browser, leaving pc idle, checking mail etc. and sometimes it seems fine with no BSODs for a couple days.

I have run avast virus scan and malwarebytes full scan with nothing coming up. But lately it seems my PC fan is always running and louder. I don't know too much about PCs, but here is a pic of the temps of my harware componenets on speccy program, with no open programs and it seems the cpu is a little warm.

I don't know if this will help, but here is the windows 7 report of the BSOD:

your K9 parental web filter caused the crash, uninstall the program and see if the BSODs stop.

Hacb, I have just recently installed the k9 web filter, but I was having the bsods before installing k9. I uninstalled the program and will see if it stops, but I don't think that was the original problem.
