Okay. Thank You.

But do you think they will be able to analyse it?
I mean... why weren;t youable? Is there like different languages or so?

My intentions of asking are just for learning. ;)

I'm sure they can analyze it, as can I. However, I only have beginner debugging skills, so I can't do as much with the information it gives me as they can.

Minidumps usually contain useful information such as drivers that are failing or specific codes that tell you that this or that has happened.

Sometimes it is very vague.

Thank you John for helping with this.

Hello !!

The Dump files is pointing some Hardware corruption !! Then Drivers seems to be updated but not all the drivers are listed there. For more information I would recommend to run our http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/66913-sf-diagnostic-tool.html then post us the results we will see what is going on.

Mean time there are some basics steps you could try like Update the BIOS Firmware to latest version. Uninstall any third party Anitviurs / Firewall completely use the Removal Tool to clean it up.

Follow this link http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-2-int-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Try these steps and report us back !!

I can help the Op out if he can post his bios settings for me. The required settings will look something like this. Just copy and paste this to another post then change the bios voltage and memory settings to match your own and post them please. :)

That would be in your bios settings which are typically accessed using the delate key during boot up. These settings are very important for system stability. This is especially true on the older DDR3 systems.

You will need to copy and paste the templete then fill it out substituting your bios settings for the ones that are showing as closely as possible.

There isn't a print screen that I know of. Maybe chev65 has a program you should use to get all the BIOS specs. Edit: sorry thought Capt. Jack posted the BIOS request.

Otherwise,
When you start the PC, you should see an option to load setup or BIOS. the key to press is usally Delete key or F1 key, but might be diff on your system.

When the BIOS loads up it will look "old-school" two-tone either black/white or Blue/grey. The BIOS type/version will be at the top. Below it at top will be 4-5 "tabs" Each one has its own list of items. You can only use the keyboard in the BIOS. At the bottom will be keyboard commands for navigation.

Check each tab and get the information.

Hello !!

There isn't much information but these are what i found. Most of your Windows Updates has failed lot of times also lot of IE crashes. Also PnPRequestAdditionalSoftware Errors a lot of them. PnP i believe its Plug and Paly devices. Most it indicates Hardware issues as far as i know. Found that you have a Webcam that has pretty outed drviers SPC500NC Philips SPC500NC Webca Kernel 21/06/2007

My recommentation would be to remove your Webcam software and drivers completely and leave the computer without CAM and see whether you have any crashes.

Try to run the Windows Update and see whether it updates or crashes the System. If it crashes make sure you note the Error code and post it there. Also i would recommned to remove Nokia PC Suite since lot of crashes has happened because of that. Also remove your PC Tools Security Service.

Reboot the System in Selective Startup and let it run like that for few days Run Selective Startup using System Configuration

Hope this helps,
Captain

Finally some indication coming out!

I have some questions though:
1) What are Plug and Play Devices?
2) My webcam is just connected, not installed... do I just disconnect it?
3) Do you mean I will never use Nokia PC Suite again?
4) I have no idea of what PC Tools Security Service could be... I can't even find it in Add/Remove!
5) Where can I run windows updates?

6) BIG THANKS

1) Plug-n-Play devices are devices that can be attached without rebooting the computer. USB devices are Plug-n-Play; IDE hard drives and PCI cards are not.

2) Just disconnect it. That way, Windows will not reinstall the drivers for it.

3) If we find the Nokia PC Suite is causing the issue, you can decide: would you rather have the restarting and crashing, or the program?

4) See if the program is listed in Revo Uninstaller.

5) Type windows update in the start menu.

6) You're welcome. :)
