Reboot after hibernation resume

I recently put together a new machine and it works flawlessly, except for one niggling issue.

Whenever I hibernate the system and then resume it, after ten minutes of being "resumed" the system always reboots.

There is no bluescreen, no error message of any kind, or any other indication that anything is wrong after the resume, but after ten minutes (don't ask me why it's always ten minutes) the reboot happens every time.

I am at a loss to try and troubleshoot this, and a google search yielded no helpful links.

Perhaps someone here has an idea?

I have saved all of the logs from event viewer. A skim through didn't show me anything relevant, but perhaps they will be of use.

So far I have also tried:

- recreating the hiberfil.sys file using powercfg -h off -> powercfg -h on in an elevated prompt
- disabling "Check Ready Bit" in the UEFI BIOS
- disabling "ACPI HPET Table" in the UEFI BIOS

None of these had any effect, and the system continues to restart after 10 minutes from a hibernation restoration.
