Receive but no send

All of a sudden (4 hrs ago), I have had a problem. I am receiving E-mails with no trouble, but can not send. I have about 6 in the outbox and when I click Send/ Receive I get the following message.

Server Error: 554
Server Response: 554 nschwcmgw05p BigPond Outbound [OB105. Connection refused. 120.145.49.206 is listed on the Exploits Block List (XBL). Please visit XBL - Exploit and Botnet Filter - The Spamhaus Project for more information.

I am an oldie, so can somebody please point me in the right direction.

Since it was working four hours ago, the first thing to try is System Restore. This will put your PC in the exact way it was according to the date your chose. Choose a date immediately before you had the trouble. This tutorial tells you what to do. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html This will not change any of your personal documents on your PC. Let us know how it goes.

Thanks for that bigmck. Actually it is all back to normal. I switched the modem off for about 30seconds then turned it back on. Maybe something in the modem needed resetting or something like that.
Anyway I have my energetic physical exercise back to stop my fingers seizing up..
