recurring BSOD ntoskrnl.exe

Hi,

I am getting a BSOD every 2-3 days.

I would love to attach the DMP file, but I don't know how to (the system doesn't allow that file extension). Can anyone please help me with finding a solution/figuring out how to post the attachments?
