Solved recycling bin missing

I already tried restoring the recycling bin with these methods:

but it still is invisible. I don't recall how i deleted it, but i can't seem to retrieve it. All google gets me is the solutions above, which don't seem to help.

any ideas?

I had re-done it multiple times, even yesterday and shut off the PC for the night. Still didn't come back.

but now I played with the task bar and made that smaller and it came back. Weird.
