Reformating USB Stick Problem

Hello so something has happend to my USB stick it has completly wiped its self and I cant reformat it does anyone know why, Thanks for any help

Hello MS-Slave,

You might see if running a "clean" (not "clean all") diskpart command may be able to fully wipe the USB to then let you be able format it afterwards.
