Reinstalled windows now getting BSOD

reinstalled Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on my pc and now i randomly get a bsod during loadup or after i load to desktop. here is the problem details and a zipped file of the diagnostic. help is appreciated.

The zip you uploaded does not contain any crash dump.
Though we can see that stop 0x1E BSOD took place at least 5 times.

Go to Option Two, Point 2. Download the .reg file and merge it in registry by double clicking it.

Now wait for another BSOD. When it occurred, search the .dmp files manually in the default path: C:\Windows\Minidump or %SystemRoot%\Minidump. See if the crash dump is recorded or not (hopefully it will be recorded).Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions.

** Dont run any disc cleanup tool before you upload another zip.

ok i unistalled the asus stuff. did the rest of the stuff u said. its taking forever because something is causing my processes to use way too much cpu and memory and is making my pc extremely slow in addition to a few more bsods. here is the new zip file. ty for helping me

First of all, Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats.

Also it appears that Your Norton Internet Security is contributing to the BSODs.

Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one. Also, you need to Scan the system for possible virus infection with the following programs.

• Anti-rootkit utility TDSSKiller
• Windows Defender Offline

BTW, I suggested a disc scan earlier on the WD 80 GB HDD. What is the result of that?

And before running the quickscans, have you done what are told to be done earlier than any scan?

Do it. Let us know the results when done. Let us know how the computer is running after doing all those.

the 80 gig passed the scan. yes norton is uninstalled.all the windows updates are installed. security essentials is installed. malware is installed.did the tdsss killer. ran scans like u said. downloaded sp1 i figured out i only had to check the one box for the download. everything seems to be fine now if i have any more problems ill let you know. ty for the help sir.
