Solved Relocate Output Folders

I guess noone would say no to that :) you are one tough customer.
By the way, that second option of mine was nonsense, as it is same as folder shortcutting.

I see you marked this one as solved. Have you given up or decided what to do?

Lol. Yeah it was.
Yes, I did mark it as solved.
No I didn't give up. I don't give up that easy. I will figure it out.
I need to take a break from this little annoyance because my Sister needs my help with her PC.
She has major bugs ... and because of that she was using her Husbands Laptop.
His Firefox was out of date. (He hates doing updates of any kind- including MSE.)
Then complains of how slow and annoying his PC is.
Anyways, I wasn't watching what she was doing because it's pretty straight forward.
She said she pressed Refresh......... and it wiped out all his Bookmarks links for Stock Market stuff.
(About 15) He told her it will take weeks of work to find them all again. LOL! Nothing like a guilt trip!
This is his passion. Daily routine...So he is hotter than a Hornet.
No, of coarse he never backed them up. So I am trying to fix that too.
I am trying restore his OLD FIREFOX DATA and having difficulty. :(
Fortunately, he has gone sailing for 3 days with his friend.
So we're not getting the EVIL EYE. LOL!
I'm having difficulty running between these 3 issues. I need sleep sometimes. Lol.
So I don't have time to worry about my own thing. I get back to it later.
Thanks for jumping in and trying to help me.
Cheers!

Hey, no problem.
Well, can't help with the current issue but if Firefox uses files for favorites like IE, you can use FreeFileSync to sync them to an alternate location as a backup. They will need to run the program and sync them manually (3 buttons to push really, 1 to open program, 1 to compare and 1 to sync changes) though. Remember to run an adware scan later just in case, as someone mentioned some nasty coming with that program, if you wish to use it.

You should look for free file recovery programs. Hopefully they are not overwritten yet! Unless it is an SSD, in that case trim would have wiped them for good(?).

Thanks for the tip.
Like I mentioned I not sure what she did but Firefox made an OLD FIREFOX DATA FOLDER.
Refresh hmm.
Seems straight forward -import back in there. I see his stuff in there and tried to import it into the new profile but it doesn't work.
First time for me doing this. So maybe I'm doing something wrong.
