Remote Desktop works out but not in

Very strange but all of sudden I can Remote Desktop out of a Win 7 system but nothing can Remote Desktop in any more, can't connect error. We are all on the same network.

I've tried all the internet solutions can I find. I'm at my end with it. I'm afraid I'll need to do a complete Win 7 re-install. Ugh!
