Remove unused Visual C++ Runtimes?

How do I do this? I have like 8 of them in my add/remove programs list and want to get rid of the ones i no longer need.

I would recommend that you leave them alone. If a program is properly written it will look for the latest version on your computer and use that. Many programs are not properly written and will look for the one particular version they were written to use. If they don't find it they won't run.
