Removing "SMART Repair" Data Recovery Spyware

I've seemed to have picked up this spyware. I downloaded and ran Spyware Doctor in Safe mode and I can't seem to get rid of it. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I would suggest mbam
use safe mode with networking, so it can update before scanning.
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

...did you let spyware doc update?
