Repair Windows 7 with SP1

How on earth can I repair my Windows 7 now that it has SP1 and I only have the original installation disk? Surely MS doesn't leave purchasers of their OS without a repair utility after the first patch is issued?

You can do a repair install over SP1 with the non SP1 disk, then put SP1 on again. Won't hurt a thing.

If these were created before SP1 was installed aren't you in the same boat as the OP?

Do we need to create new disks now that we have SP1?
