Please find the attached zip file.
I have put dales-crashes containing the three files you asked for in that folder.

I have worked on this problem for days. I have done the following before now in an effort to resolve the Window Error Recovery messages, shut downs and BSOD:

  1. Performed a clean install of Windows 7
  2. Installed AVAST free antivirus
  3. Installed all updates
  4. Installed the latest BIOS update from the manufacturer's site
Everything went fine after I did the steps listed until I began to install the programs that had been erased during the install process. I was sailing along when the PC unexpectedly shut down and I received the BSOD listed in the thread title.

As soon as I post, I will install any critical Windows updates as I receive the message while installing the debugging tools.

Good luck

Sylvia

Other Info
My husband has a Dell All in One desktop PC with the following OS: Windows Seven Premium 64 Bit and Windows 8. I also own an iPad.
Only 65 updates since SP1 - most systems have 70 or more. Please check Windows Updates for any missing updates

Conexant modem drivers date from 2008. Please visit the HP website to see if there are any more recent drivers available. If not, I'd suggest uninstalling the software and physically removing the device from your system.

While you're there, both your network drivers and your graphics/video drivers are old. Please update them also.

Beyond that, if the problem continues, please try the free diagnostics here: Hardware Diags
I suspect a memory problem, but it could be almost anything at this point.

The following info is just FYI, I've already addressed the issues that I saw in the above paragraphs

OK, I think I am finally all set. Since my last post I installed all updates. The updates for the modem, video and network were listed in the optional updates. As far as the memory problem, I ran memtest86 for 24 hours and no errors were found. Thank you very much for the links to diagnostics and BSOD messages.

Very grateful for your help and support.
