Repeated BSOD

I recently upgraded RAM to a 4gb transcend corsiar. Other slot is a 2gb RAM. Don't know if the problem is related to this. Pls somebody help

Using 2 different models of RAM sticks is a very bad idea. Use only one stick.

Probably caused by : iusb3xhc.sys ( iusb3xhc+4e68c )

Also update your Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible driver.
