My cousin called me last night because he needs to download/install software for some wireless thing he bought. I have the computer set so only the admin can download stuff. He is the admin and he forgot the password. I never made a password reset disk after I installed Windows.
I have a Windows install CD that I can use. Would I follow this tutorial: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/85657-password-reset.html
Also, what do you use to remember passwords and software keys for other peoples computers that you work on? I get called to fix someone's PC and I'll ask them for a password or some other info and they can't remember which makes it more difficult.
