From what I can tell, you want to make your game run faster?

1. Upgrade your hardware (Video Card, CPU, etc)
2. Turn off all unneccesary items when playing games
3. Turn up fans when playing
4. Turn down the visual settings in game (Resolutions, Textures, Decals, etc)

If you use a program like SpeedFan you can manually change the speed of your fans. However, I don't recommend it unless you know what you're doing, as leaving it on the wrong setting can overheat your computer.

The GMA 4500M isn't powerful enough to run modern games with any quality. I recall seeing a comparison before and it lost to the GeForce 8400M GS which isn't powerful either. I know you don't want to hear it but you will need to upgrade if you want to play modern games with any type of detail.

Really. The Intel Graphics Media Accelerators are crap for gaming. There are some modded drivers for them, which give them an extra few FPS, but only on games that aren't that demanding.

They're very energy efficient though.
