Hello, I have been having idle restarts every since switching to Win 7 pro 64 Bit. This was a clean install on my system that was rock solid on Vista 64 Bit. After updating the sound blaster X-fi drivers the system is more stable but still restarts about once a week. I have attached the minidump file. Thanks for your help.

Hi. All the bsod are 0XD1 errors except for one pointing to yk62x64.sys

So update that driver or uninstall.

All the other drivers look alright.

Alright so the driver is for my NIC a Marvel yukon. What do you recommend for the OXD1 errors? Memory? Memtest runs fine for days. Thank you for your help.

OK I had a BSOD while using the system this morning. This was after I updated the NIC driver to the latest from Marvel. The minidump is attached. Thank you.

Yeah, it's another 0xD1 error involving a write opertation.

It can be a little difficult to pinpoint the actual problem.

Do you have any exotic type of hardware installed...perhaps like RAID or multiple RAID setup, or a rare printer....or anything along those lines that may not be found in the "average" system? Maybe even a special type of mouse or something?

I did notice this and probably missed it last time:

That is a driver related to Asus ATK0110 ACPI Utility (or similar.)

Try to update that from their site if possible.

Or better yet, disable the device in the device manager. You might have to set it to show hidden device first.

Or I see users saying that installing AI Booster fixed errors for them.
