RGB or YCbCr444?

If I use my PC for mostly watching DVD and Blu-Ray TV shows and movies, which Digital Color format(RGB or YCbCr444) should I set my Nvidia graphics card(GeForce 9600 GT) to, so that the image looks best on my 1080p 23' wide-screen monitor, with HDMI connection?

I would just play around with it, maybe watch a few movies with each, and see which one looks the best to you.
