belikexp it says you are running Win7 and XP and with 2G of RAM so I imagine you are not using x64 are you? If so this issue is NOT with x32 and it mostly if not completely in x64. I had Vista x32 and Win7 x32 running with Private Browsing set to run on every start up and on those platforms I never had an Explorer crash.

I'm running Win 7 x64. AMD X2 6000+ (dual core) 2 meg ram. I plan on adding more ram later. No crashes.
I have XP installed on another hard drive.
