When right-clicking on files I notice that it only selects them (that is, brings up the context menu I'd expect for the thing I tried to click) when I actually click on the text of the filename or the preview/icon itself, and not just the surrounding area. For example, when I mouse over something in details view, it highlights the entire row, but if I right-click on the whitespace instead of the text itself, it just opens the context menu for the folder itself.
Anyone know how to change this behavior so the highlighted item's context menu shows up or is this just how 7 operates? It's certainly confusing user behavior...
