Routine "Not Responding" Errors

Looks like a couple of your programs don't have the correct permissions.

Do you have a Brother MFC-7820N printer?

This sounds more relevant to your issue,
The issue was related to “Windows Image Acquisition (WIA) service“. Once I stopped this service, the errors and warnings went away.
To stop this service, click the start button, type msconfig in the search box, hit enter, services tab, find 'Windows Image Acquisition' un-check the box and select 'Apply' and OK to exit.

Yep, that is my printer at home and work. I pulled the latest setup from Brother since Windows 7 didn't seem to have the latest when I did my drive config a few weeks ago.

WIA disabled. Hopefully that does the trick.

Thoughts on the report stated no anti-virus software?

Thanks!

I've seen that on many, too many, dump files.

Even with MSE, seems to be a glitch.

I wouldn't worry about it.

Did you check for a new printer driver?
The one you have may be causing crashes, if the WIA isn't causing them.

Let us know if it's running better.
