By using advice from two different sources it is possible that tools may be used that do not combine well and you may severely damage your computer.

Since someone else is already helping you, I am going to stop posting to this topic.

that was personal support from my friend who is into all these and he was helping me "check" for keyloggers...
and you are helping me to remove this rpc issue...

akshaybz, it does not matter that two helpers are looking into different issues. This is serious stuff, and my first concern when helping anyone is to do no damage. Your friend can finish what he is doing, then if you still need help, start a new thread.
