Solved RunDLL : There was a Problem starting msiqax.dll

Hello!

I am new in forum and hope to find a solution for my problem here. I have win7 Ultimate*64 with service pack 1 and it was running very good but since some days I am having a weird start-up error. It says:

RunDLL
There was a problem starting msiqax32.dll
The specified module could not be found.
and OK
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I went through the internet. For registry issues used CCleaner. No Use.
Manually checked the regedit box. No Use.
I am also having Updated Security Essentials Program. I ran for scan many times but the error still appears.


No Solution suggested by many internet sites is working for me.

Please tell me what is wrong with my windows.
