The address you mentioned and the address mentioned in the crashdump aren't the same. Curious.

Is this a consistent error occurring with Starcraft 2? Is there a pattern you can determine from it? Is it always this same error message, or even the same memory address mentioned?

You'll want to do some memory and cpu testing, as followed:

RAM: Memtest86+ - 7+ passes
CPU: Prime95 - Torture Test; Large FFTs; overnight (9+ hours)

no some other programs aren't working as well such as my media programs and arduino. it's really frustrating

Sounds like you may have some memory problems, probably on the lower half of your memory (first stick). Go ahead and perform the aforementioned hardware tests and see what they come up with.
