Scan & translate a document?

Hi I have some instructions that I need translating. Once I scan the document how can I then translate? Is their software I need?

Hi that was the problem being able to copy & paste, realised I need to check out OCR on my printer first.

Have you tried scanning to PDF, then use an online (free) service to OCR ? Try to Google "PDF to OCR", and choose one of the results which came up. I used this and it worked.
