screen brightness doesn't work,help?

When I move the slider of screen brightness it doesn't dim the screen nor does the light up the screen.
I've installed both graphics card with latest drivers, intel HD 3000 graphics and display drivers for AMD HD 6700M series.
I've tried via HP quick launch keys and same thing happens.
Whats causing this,and how can I resolve it,to work normally?

Hello,
Had you installed the correct software driver? As you have a computer with switchable graphics cards, then you should have downloaded the 2-in-1 driver from HP website.

No,I installed separated newest drivers for Intel HD graphics and AMD graphic card driver for my model of graphics card.
This is my laptop HP Envy 17-3080ez
