:mad:Hi, I have been having problems on my Windows 7 Pro 64 desktop computer. It started recently to scroll on its own. I am a bit familiar with computers, but not a pro yet. I did make some changes to my computer about a month ago. This scrolling started three months ago, but not as bad as tonight ;-( It started to do the scrolling on its own really bad. The changes I made to my computer was that I was trying to download apache for windows 7 about a month ago. I couldn't seem to do it, so I deleted the apache. I believe I did not correctly, because after that, I couldn't have administrative rights. I had to do a restart point. My computer acted normally until tonight. Now, it is doing that scrolling thing really bad. I have checked to see if there were any viruses using MacAvee, & Microsoft Essentials, none to date.

When it starts scrolling, what happens if you unplug the mouse? You could try the same test with the keyboard.

When you say you "deleted" Apache, do you mean you actually deleted the folder, or did you (properly) uninstall Apache using the Remove Programs utility in Control Panel?
