Seemingly random BSODs. Not sure of error codes.

I don't know a lot about blue screen errors, so I can't figure this out for myself. I followed the posting instructions and attached a zip with the Windows_NT6_BSOD_jcgriff2 folder and Perfmon report in it.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit retail.

Specs, if needed.

AMD Phenom II x4 955
4GB DDR3 1066mhz ram
Nvidia GTX 480

Windows Explorer also seems to be locking up a lot and requires a restart. This is a fresh install of Windows, not even a week old. I worry that some of my hardware might be failing.

Please tell me if I need to add anything to this post.

1. Your crashes were related to PAC7302.SYS PixArt Imaging Inc. PAC7302 from PixArt Imaging Inc.

Suggest you remove it to test.

2. Asacpi.sys

The pre 2009 version of this driver is a known bsod cause. Yours is dated 2005.
Please visit this link: Asus tek computer inc. -support- drivers and download p7p55d le

ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download P7P55D LE
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. - Motherboards- ASUS P5K-VM

Scroll down to the utilities category, then scroll down to the "atk0110 driver for windowsxp/vista/windows 7 32&64-bit" (it's about the 12th item down).

Download and install it.

Go to c:\windows\system32\drivers to check and make sure that the asacpi.sys file is date stamped from 2009 or 2010 (notbefore).

I've just done that, so I'll give it a few days and see how it goes. Sorry if I sound a bit stupid.
