Firefox made the executive decision not to let me connect to Yahoo anymore. Tried doing the "sync" routine, but made no difference.

So now I am trying to get Yahoo to work with Pale Moon. Is there a tutorial for this? I have the latest version of PM.

Thank you.

Hey neighbor! Perhaps you've been banned. :)

I can't help you since I've had Yahoo anything blocked for about the last 5-6 years. I couldn't resist. ;)

What does "work with Pale Moon" mean?

I use Pale Moon.

I log into Yahoo and browse the site from time to time. It's a web site like any other.

Yahoo's log in, log out, email, and general support is ridiculous and has been for a long time for any browser I've ever used.

You haven't provided any details.

You can't bring up the Yahoo web site?

You can't log in?

You can't log out?

You can't access email?

You can't get a random Yahoo video to play?

You can't do what?

Have no idea what you mean.

As all have said, open Pale Moon, or any other browser and enter Yahoo Mail in search and log in.

Firefox blocked you?
They can't block you - As Carwiz said - maybe you're banned?

Or you put Yahoo in a list of blocked sites?

You can also open Yahoo Messenger > Insider and click Mail tab.

I like the idea of being banned. It sounds so scandalous! :D

I realize I did not provide much information; I was fishing for a tutorial. Here's the best way to state what I want to do: I need to make Yahoo my default email in Pale Moon. I had done so in Firefox, but I don't remember how I did it. I was hoping to just repeat the procedure in Pale Moon.

As for FF, I simply wasn't able to connect with Yahoo anymore. I'd been able to do so for several months, but then I guess I misbehaved or whatever because I suddenly was unable to use Yahoo (while using FF as my browser) for sending email. I only use Yahoo when I want to forward something from my local newspaper to my dad or other recipients. My regular email is Fastmail, and there is no way to perform that function using Fastmail. Yes, I can send the URL of a newspaper article, but when my dad (or whomever) gets it, of course the newspaper wants him to become a subscriber to read the article. So this is why I need Yahoo. I actually despise it, but it was a choice on the dropdown menu which I found while setting up email in FF. I figure PM has to be pretty much the same.
