Setup file do not show GUI on desktop

Dear all,
I have a question about the installation of a program setup file.
When I run (as administrator) the setup file which I have purchased from a supplier no install screen is presented on my desktop Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.
I see in the Task Manager that a process of that file is running but in the program TAB there is no program running.
If I run the same file in Windows Vista 64 bit everything is fine and I get the install screen as normal.
The supplier gif me as an answer that his program is fully compatible with Windows 7 32bit/64bit, however on my Windows 7 his program is not running.
Is there somebody who can help me?

DEP was disabled.
