Hello, Bardock here. I have an issue with my laptop computer.
A few specific keys are unresponsive, and I would like to know if there is some setting that disables and enables them.
Both keys have one thing in common, they both have hand positioning bumbs on them.
The unresponsive keys are F, J, and 1 2 3.
If anybody can Help it would be really appreciated,
Thank you for reading this topic, Hope you can help;)

You could try uninstalling the KB at Device Manager, then rebooting and let it reinstall itself. You could add a significantly different keyboard input language and see how it works. You then could try a System file check (SFC), or revert to a Restore Point before this problem began. If none of that works I would then flash the BIOS, though that carries some risk. It also could be a loose keyboard ribbon, or liquid has gotten into the KB. Does an external USB KB do the same thing?

I do not know about an external usb keyboard because I don't have one...
I never let any liquid into it.

The only way I know to check such a thing is to hook up a external keyboard. If it works the keys on your laptop are causing the problem. Laptop keyboards can be replaced in most cases.

If you don't have a external keyboard then get one.
