I ran sfc /scannow. Output produced a massive file. Used Findstr command, found on forum, to produce a useable text file.
Seems there are four files, reported twice, that cannot be repaired. I have limited access to the machine as I have been supporting using web. Before I mess something up can I ask someone who knows, do I need to fix these files and is there a posting as to how to fix. The machine, HP Laptop, came with Windows 7's Home Premium pre-installed. The user did not create Recovery disks.
