I frequently adjust my Power Manager settings depending on what I am doing. I would love a desktop icon which sends me directly to the window to make the power selection. Is there a way to make one?

Umm... right click on Power Options -> Create shortcut? It puts it on your Desktop.

Press the Win Key and "X" at the same time. Kinda like opening Windows Explorer by pressing the Win Key and "E" at the same time.

Also, see here ...

Dunno. In my case, it's probably a Toshiba specific short-cut. I see you have an HP.

At this moment, ZyanWu's solution is the best for you. :)
