Just got a second 128GB 840 pro and put them in RAID 0 for my system disk. Restored from backup. Here is performance (obviously not RAPID).
Also, some people suggest that using RAID slows your boot time due to initialization of the array. This did not change when I put these in RAID0. I also have two 1TB blue drives in rad0. My reboot time (full reboot cycle measured by reastart_time.vbs) is still 16 seconds.
