Slow Computer

Hi,

About a month back my comp had crashed so now i have reinstalled my pc but the Windows Experience Index was showing 4.7 for my processor and now it is showing only 3.0

Besides the games like FIFA 10 which was working smoothly first is now working slow and my whole comp seems to shut down automatically after 20 minutes or sometimes longer

I have found out that my FIFA 10 always runs on a single processor and continues to run even after changing it.

Have you downloaded the latest Chipset drivers for your motherboard & graphics card?

u may have a hardware problem with your cpu

I agree, the same thing happened to my old computer. Most of the time it is insufficient cooling. Get a cooling pad at least or install a better fan. It will extend your computers live but no computer can hold on forever unless you have the most minimal settings ect.

Check for overheating, establish a Clean Boot, test your hardware, and all the other Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.
