And I will be saying the same thing about win 7 no doubt.
Which just goes to show that fools never learn.
There were satisfied Vista users (more so after the SP's) but there were also a large subset of intelligent users who just could not get it to run on compatible hardware.
What's this 'were' business - there ARE satisfied Vista users alive & kicking.... & using Win 7 also!
The large subset of "intelligent " users can't by definition have had compatible hardware. Compatible with what? {not with Vista}
Anecdotal evidence aside win 7 already has a larger turnover rate than vista.
Larger turnover is a result of dinosaurs too mean to buy Vista & stuck with XP until lack of support & disintegrating, obsolete hardware drove them screaming into a new OS /PC....:devil:
It is like cats and dogs, ATI and Nvidia, mac and pc. A holy war. Not many will change their minds and all are entitled to their opinions.
For all those users that did not experience the agony I am glad for you.
Cats & dogs both have their place.... cats in dim sims......![]()
My point exactly. Holy wars are best not fought. It does seem strange that a vista proponent went out and bought a win 7 machine though doesnt it?
She doth protest too much
