slow hard disc speed

i installed new hard disk in to my system and ots showing very slow speed of about 4 kbps during a speed test with crystaldisc, is this a issue due to new drive or i have been drowned

Is it a completely new one with no files in it?
Becouse then you will have to do a full format on it ( DO NOT use fast format becouse that wont help you)
I fixed my secondary HDD this way

Yes but do you have two drives in the computer or is it your c: drive thats slow

naa actually i tried updating some softwares and as i m working on some projects so rite now i cant format my system.
