Slow internet on only 1 computer

Hello as of 5 days ago only on my computer i have been getting very slow internet. Speedtest.net by Ookla - My Results but as you can see here this says it is fine. I play games online and my ping for those will be 500-1000 ping so why does that speed test say that it is 50?
I have tried ethernet and regular wifi. My ISP is verizon if you need to know that too

Can you please do Speedtest on a different computer? Heavy gaming utilize heavy bandwidth as well as P2P programs, if you're using any these. Have you scanned your computer for any virus/spyware?

You might want to run another Speedtest from your computer without any gaming Apps running, post the results please.

If 5 days ago your computer was not acting up, you may try a System Restore, restore it to a point when your internet was fast.

Try the speed test on different servers. it will make differences.
check the cables too. you must have a faulty wire connecting to the computer.
