Slow Startup Time

I am "still" having a problem with my pc startup/wakeup time being so slow. Once it's up and going it's terrific.

So...I am not looking at msconfig. I see nothing but Adobe Photoshop Elements in the "startup" folder but lots of programs running in the "services" folder. Just what is the "services" folder and could all those programs running there be part of my problem?

I have no idea how to copy that long list of running programs to share here...

I would download and run the following programs to scan for Adware, spyware, and others:

Downloading AdwCleaner -Adware cleaner

SUPERAntiSpyware - Downloading File -Spyware cleaner

Malwarebytes : Thank you for download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware -Malware cleaner

Download and run all 3 of these. Also it would be a good idea to run the system defragmenter as well. Click start, programs, accessories, system tools, then disk defragmenter

Have Super Anti and Malware. Also ran defrag...nothing changed.

What about my question of "services"?
