Snipping Tool fails after Windows Update

If this happens to you, try using System Restore...then when you are notified that there are updates available, deselect all of them and then install them one at a time...You may have to restart your machine after some of them...

In the past, I have lost some Windows function or personal setting after doing Updates and the above has 'fixed' it every time.
It may be just due to my set up or machine but it seems to happen when there are more than just a few 'Recommended' or 'Important' updates (7 or more) but it also happens sometimes if I select some 'Optional' updates.

I don't think that one was included in the 8 I got today...
They all installed without failures but caused the Snipping Tool to fail to work.
After System Restore and installing one-by-one, everything worked fine...
