I can't play anything in my disc drive. So I went to the device manager and it says this: "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)" My drive is this: TSST corp DVD+-RW TS-L633B. I have the latest updates for the driver too.

No problem. Did you follow the directions in the link, or just uninstall drivers?

Just trying to get the solution to add to my tool kit. ;)

Write Protected, no disk in drive

I had the above problems, write protected, no disk or drive is not ready. I tried the repair and it fixed it. The next time I had to reboot it went back to the same problems. This time when I run the fix it doesn't work. Any suggestions? My device is TSSTcorp CDRW/DVD TSL462D ATA device
