Sometimes laptop won't boot up

Hi,
I have a Toshiba M300 laptop that sometimes won't boot up. It goes as far as the Toshiba Innovations screen and then just freezes. Other times it will get to the password screen but the keyboard won't work and I have to try rebooting again. When it does boot up it works perfectly. :(

That is iffy because your bootmgr seems to work at times. I would run a chkdsk /f /r. Maybe that helps.
