Sony Vaio VPCL117fx Win 7.1 startup issue

When I start a cold computer, there's no display until the desktop is displayed in a couple of minutes.
If I restart the computer, there's display during the startup (inputC, windows logo, processing).

Fist of all, do a System file check
Open a CMD window and type
sfc /scannow

IF the laptop runs normally when hot and not when cold, it may be related to the graphics chip.
