Had quick look for you
Couldnt find any for 7 or vista(or anything newer than 2006!), you could try intels driver scan Intel® Driver Update Utility

Or have you tryed vaio update, sony release software but dont know if this would include gfx drivers

Thanks Pauly and theog I have already looked on sony and Intel web sites but no luck.
there are only Xp drivers which just do not want to work with Win7.
i get error
"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

are you installing them in XP compatibility mode?

It's worth the effort browsing manufacturer sites, in this instance Sony Vaio, for newer models that might contain the same hardware and using the drivers from the Sony Support Pages, and you can do that for finding updated Sony Software if you use it.

Just because you can't find the drivers on your models support page, doesn't necessarily mean there isn't an updated version of it somewhere.
