I recently installed a new Logitech G930 headset on my Win 7 x64 system. It has had problems from the beginning. The problem is the Sound Control will not open when you try to. It is definitely related to the G930 software as if I uninstall it everything is back to normal. At times it may take many minutes and eventually open up . Leads me to indicate it is trying to open, but it is hung up. I may open a webpage or something and then it will open. Seem to be a hangup issue.
What I have done-
Installed the software 3 different times. Same result each time
Clean boot- Same result.
I have been around the block on this one with Logitech support. No success. I really don't want to return these, but if this continues I will have to.
Does anyone have any pointers?
