Soundproblem with Rainbow Six Las Vegas 2

Hi there,

I just installed Las Vegas 2 on my pc and everything running fine. But there is one problem, the video at the beginning (Ubisoft logo) and ingame when you got a message from Six are playing without sounds? Anyone has this issue too or got a solution for this? I tried to run the game with adminrights and also the compatibiltymode with vista, doesnt seem to work.
It seems that this is a bug cause PS3 players got the same issue. Well, would be great when anyone knows a workaround to solve this little issue.

I can confirm this error. It also happens to other users:

R6V2 and Windows 7 x64 - Topic Powered by Eve For Enterprise

Hope this will be fixed in the RC

Download and install Creative ALchemy
Alchemy Universal Download File on FileFront

Note: this fix was intended for Mirrors Edge. Just replace the correct path for Rainbowsix vegas 2

Well, that works great, thx for the link and the screenshot. It will do fine, no problems with that game anymore.
